Below are the steps necessary to obtain financing for your new Tyris home. If we are building your home from the ground up, we will of course have to build your home between steps 2 and 3:
- Apply for your loan through a bank or mortgage broker
- Receive your preliminary loan approval with specified amount of the loan
- Provide proof that you have Homeowners’ Insurance
- Lock in interest rate and the terms for your mortgage
- Receive your final loan approval
- Close on your brand new Tyris home!!!
