Can I build on my own lot?
Yes! We regularly build on customer-owned lots throughout the New River Valley. If you already have land, we can help you determine if it’s suitable for building and guide you through the site preparation process. If you’re still looking for the perfect lot, we can help with that too.

Our base prices include quality construction with energy-efficient features, standard appliances, flooring, fixtures, and finishes. During the design process, you’ll have the opportunity to customize and upgrade features to match your preferences and budget. We provide detailed specifications so you know exactly what’s included.
Do you help with financing?
While we don’t provide financing directly, we work with several local lenders who specialize in construction loans and can guide you through the financing process. Many of our customers qualify for conventional mortgages, FHA loans, VA loans, or USDA rural development loans depending on their situation and the property location.
Can I make changes to your floor plans?
Absolutely! Our floor plans are designed to be customizable. Whether you want to add a bedroom, expand the kitchen, or modify the layout to suit your lifestyle, we can work with you to create a home that’s uniquely yours. We’ll discuss all your options during the design consultation.
