Twelve markets, one valley.
Tyris Homes is based in Radford and builds across the New River Valley, from Pearisburg in the north to Hillsville on the Blue Ridge edge. Crews travel the I-81 corridor every week, which is why we treat the region as one service area instead of a single town.
The markets we build in.
Toms Creek Basin, Prices Fork ridge, infill lots on the university periphery.
Hillsville, Fancy Gap, and the western reach of the Blue Ridge.
The county seat and commercial spine of the New River Valley.
The lake in the middle of the New River Valley. Waterfront lots, dock permits, and the design decisions that only apply on the water.
New Castle at the county seat, Newport at the northern end, and a lot of ridge and hollow land in between. Rural, mountainous, quiet.
Floyd town at the center, the Blue Ridge Parkway running through, farmland rolling in every direction. Plateau country, 2,500 feet and up.
From Pearisburg on the New River to Narrows on the west end of the county, from Pembroke to the ridge lots looking across at Angels Rest.
From the Prices Fork ridges above Blacksburg to the Roanoke River bottoms in Elliston, from Riner's rolling farmland to Shawsville's Highway 460 corridor.
The whole region we call home.
From the shores of Claytor Lake to the ridges above Dublin, from Pulaski town itself to Draper and Fairlawn.
Home.
From Salem west to Vinton east, from Cave Spring up to Hollins.
Marion at the county seat, Chilhowie to the west, and Mount Rogers rising south.
Wytheville, Rural Retreat, and the farm and ridge lots along the New River corridor west of the NRV.
These are the markets we know well, but they are not a fence. If you have a lot a little outside the line, tell us where it is. Jason takes the call.
