Tyris built our home in 2024, and 2 years later we still couldn't be happier with it. I've worked with lots of contractors as part of my job, and I can honestly say that they are among the best contractors I've come across. They are ethical, responsive, client-focused, practical, and attentive to detail, cost, and schedule. They are also just really good people to work with. Like any new home, there were some follow-up fixes that needed to happen, and those fixes have been high quality and addressed in a timely manner. Also, the major subs and vendors they use are top notch as well. I highly recommend Tyris Homes if you are looking for new construction.

Jason and his organization built a weekend getaway home for us about 12 years ago. He finished on time and on budget. After completion of the job they have been great in answering our follow up questions and helping us with advice about routine repairs and wear-and-tear item replacements. I would strongly recommend Tyris Homes and Jason White for any home building project.

Fantastic home builder! Costs and timeline all up front and adhered to. Great advice on upgrades and design that make sense and worth the money. They also allowed me to install wire for a home theater, some builders do not allow this.

We had a great experience with Tyris Homes. We heard horror stories about having a house built but we had a great experience. Jason and Cat were very easy to deal with and met all of our expectations. They were very responsive to our questions and requests. There were no surprises in the process. We love our home and were very happy with our choice to use Tyris as our builder. We had them come back and extend our deck and add a roof over a portion. Their price was very competitive and the work was excellent.

We love our Tyris built home. Jason and Cat were great to work with and did an amazing job helping us customize our home. We have been in our home many years and they have since done an addition for us and helped us with some followup maintenance that was not required of them. We would certainly use them again if we ever built again.

very detail oriented, easy to work with and great results

I needed a builder who would work with me for a custom home and listen to my ideas even when they may have been considered unusual. Tyris Homes came through for me. They were very good at communicating and willing to answer all of my questions respectfully and offered advice when needed. The home is beautiful, the craftsmanship shows in the end product, and I am thoroughly enjoying settling in.
